Well it's not as simple as that. A really good feral will make you cry, same goes for good rogues. You do have the advantage of being somewhat better against Rets than UH, but it will still be a tough fight if the Ret knows what he's doing.

A good Affli will also have a pretty decent chance against you. That said, this is pretty much the spec I would recommend if you're going the Frost route for pvp it's hella fun when you pool up some RP and dump it all on some poor schmuck.
