Why does wizard101 keep crashing

I have run speed tests on the wifi which have shown no issue there and the computer is not the issue since every other application runs without any issues. I have also deleted the application and redownloaded it several times to no avail. Please help me resolve this issue so I can get back to playing this wonderful game. Posted Post 2.

My bug reports have gone through, so they're getting some of the reports even if others are failing to go through. No items were lost and leaving the area and returning corrected it to reflect her limit of Poor Zeke was having a panic attack!

It's unusual for wizards to crash like this so I'm guessing it's a wee problem from a recent update. I expect and hope that KI is working on a fix. After about a week of solid play, I experienced another crash. I was able to send a crash report with my email, so hopefully the info may be of some use. Hello again. I have still been experiencing random game crashes from time to time. It usually seems to occur when I am transitioning to a different area. I've sent a few crash reports about this. Wondering if any updates or fixes have been made.
